This service is staffed by Registered Veterinary Technologists who will assess your pet’s condition over the phone. While this phone consultation can often provide crucial reassurance and guidance, if your pet requires immediate, hands-on care, our dedicated veterinary team remains accessible 24/7 to provide treatment.
